LITTLE CITIZENS
A safe, loving space where babies and toddlers are gently cared for while you enjoy the service.
Nursery 0-2
Pre-K: 3-5 years
Engaging songs, stories, and crafts help little ones learn about God’s love in a joyful environment.
Elementary: K - 5th grade
Engaging lessons help your kids grow in faith, friendships, and confidence.
As we seek to proclaim the good news of Jesus in the heart of Denver, our little citizens are an integral part of our mission.
We have a kingdom responsibility to care for the children in our community and create space for more children to learn about the love of God and how to follow Jesus. We offer children’s classes during services for infant-5th grade. These classes are run by teachers and classroom volunteers who teach our little citizens about the gospel of Jesus through engaging Bible lessons and a fun, loving environment.
What to expect when you drop your kids off
Head through the main entrance of the building on Grant St. and head down the staircase on your left to the Little Citizens check-in area. A member of our team will walk you through check-in, printing a security tag, and dropping off in one of the three classrooms. We welcome babies and pre-k to their classrooms starting at 9:45am while elementary-aged children are invited to worship with us in the main sanctuary until dismissal during the Gospel Welcome.
Family Sundays
Several times throughout the year, we invite our elementary-aged students to join us in the sanctuary for worship alongside their whole church family. We will still have baby and pre-k classes on these Sundays, but will not offer Little Citizens for K-5. Family Sunday dates in 2026: April 3 (Good Friday), May 31, August 30, and November 29, December 24 (Christmas Eve), and December 27.
