You’ve heard of Black Friday, but have you heard of work-off-the-Thanksgiving-calories-but-then-gain-them-back-by-eating-brats Saturday?! Well, now you have!

We’re gathering at Wash Park the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a game of touch football, hot chocolate, and lunch. Maybe it will be warm and sunny. Maybe it will snow 2 feet? Either way, it will be a blast.

It’s our last 2025 launch gathering at 11th Ave Hostel before we pick back up on January 4. We’ll spend time praying, learning, and discussing the mission, core values, and DNA of Fellow Citizens and then eat a family meal together. Recycle God’s Love is a homeless ministry downtown at Asterisk Denver. During these events, volunteers bring the love of Jesus to the homeless community by providing supplies and serving fresh hot meals for up to 400 individuals. Kids and families are welcome to show up and help out.

Join us for our first ever Christmas Eve service at 11th Ave Hostel. We’ll have an intimate service singing Christmas hymns and meditating on the incarnation of Jesus Christ.
